    Great service; arrived yesterday; fit well, and comfy. I've been waiting 2 years to find boots to wear with black faux fur coat. They're new, but defective. (No grommet on R boot top, but grommet is hanging from tag on L boot.) While you accept returns, I doubt these are saleable because the grommet can't be glued in and leaves boot open at top. Do you still want them back, while also refunding my $$?? This is your call and I hope that's being fair. I'm SOO disappointed! And so is my coat!!
