After 5 or 6 kind requests, had to open a case with EBay to get a refund on May 20th. Dealer Karen is a class act - sent an abusive message in her final response. I suggested this account be shut down by EBay. This is a pattern of non performance based on 6 other negative reviews. You’ve been warned! Karen does not meet EBay standards.
