Removed insoles & can see dirt, hair & grass. My husband opened the box & agreed that the shoes were worn enough times to not be considered new but preowned. When seller finally responded to my messages, seller claimed that I was just trying to get a better deal & insisted they were new shoes. Didn’t expect refund just better understanding of what “NEW w BOX TRULY IS!”
