    Unfortunately one of the mugs was cracked on arrival despite great packaging. Seller responded quickly, said did not want back, but would refund. Ebay, however, wanted photos to prove this, then after some delay, "found in my favour" that it was fault of courier. I have had to return both mugs to seller (who didn't want them back) at my cost, am now awaiting refund, when Ebay see proof of return via tracking. Highly recommend seller, not happy with Ebay or courier.
