      I didn’t read the description that the game was damaged and untested (which is totally on me). It didn’t show up on the DS at first and had me freaked out a bit but by the grace of God it ended up working fine. I’m guessing it hasn’t been played for so long and needed to just be broken in. Either or, it’s working and authentic (as well as the case) so that’s a win in my book!
