    Seller sent the wrong (but somewhat comparable) item, then denied doing so. This occurred even after my preemptive request that the right item be sent! Seller was willing to accept the item back for a refund, but for this small of a refund, it would just be more of my time wasted with this seller and not worth the effort. This was NOT a positive transaction, but seller's willingness to refund (even at the expense of more of my time) renders it gratuitously neutral (at best).
