As mentioned, we used a shell envelope, but not mention was, the card was also in a penny sleeve and top loader BEFORE we wrapped the invoice around it all to ensure safe and secure shipping in the shell mailer. While we truly appreciate your business, we are sorry you were disappointed with the shipping method.
