Although they were well packaged, one of the reels arrived damaged from shipping, through no fault of his. He could have easily just filed a claim and issue a partial refund. But he went out of his way to find a replacement part. This was no easy task since this was a vintage reel with parts long discontinued. He found the damaged part and sent it to me at no cost.
