Please ensure that you have Make / Model and Year of vehicle, whether it has the factory fitted SatNav option or has upgraded sound system such as Bose/Harman Kardon,etc... We will also need to know which carkit/stereo/other electronic item you are intending to fit.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
Parts and kits only
Unless otherwise stated in the individual listing, all our items have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Faults caused by accidental damage, water damage, improper repair or customer mis-use are excluded from the warranty. Consumable items, such as batteries are excluded.
Fitted handsfree car kits (supplied and fitted by JustCarKits) We are pleased to offer a 2 year parts warranty against manufacturing defects on all Parrot handsfree car kits fitted by JustCarKits. All our Parrot kits are official Parrot UK stock with full UK warranty.
In addition we also offer a 3 year installation warranty on all installtion work undertaken by JustCarKits.
We are a Certified Parrot Installer with over 20 years experience in the mobile communications industry.
To resolve a warranty issue please contact JustCarKits by phone, email or through the Ebay messaging system. We will need your customer details to process any claim.
General Terms
All Ebay sales are final.
Payment is required within 7 days of agreement to purchase.
For Ebay sales we accept Credit & Debit cards by phone (call customer services No.) and payment through PayPal.
Orders paid by PayPal are shipped to the customer's confirmed address only.
Non-payers will be reported through Ebay resolution centre.

We ship to the UK, EU and Worldwide destinations.
For UK and International orders we use Royal Mail.
Orders normally ship the same day, though may take 2 to 3 working days in busy periods.
UK orders only - For guaranteed shipping and next working day delivery before 1PM please select the Special Delivery option. For same day dispatch order must be received by 2PM. If you need urgent delivery after 2PM cut-off please call our customer services number as we may be still be able to ship after the 2PM deadline. Special Delivery orders are only shipped Monday to Thursday inclusive. For Saturday guaranteed delivery please call the customer service number on the listing.

International Shipping Options Explained
Standard air mail does not have a guaranteed delivery time and is not tracked or insured.
Signed For air mail does not have a guaranteed delivery time and a signature is required upon receipt. The insured value is up to £50. Additional insurance up to £ 250 or £500 can be purchased at extra cost - contact customer services.
Airsure does not have a guaranteed delivery time and is tracked at 6 points during delivery. The insured value is up to £50. Additional insurance up to £ 250 or £500 can be purchased at extra cost - contact customer services
Additional Information for International Customers
Please note that international shipping times are approximate and may be subject to customs delays for countries outside the EU. It is recommended that International Signed For or Airsure shipping options are used, as these have a tracking reference. All customs / clearing charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customer's location - please contact your local customs service for costs involved. If you have not received the item within 10 working days please contact your local post office to check if the item is being held locally.
Lost / Delayed Items
UK Only: Items sent by 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcels and Recorded Signed For™ are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date.
EU and rest of the World: Loss claims should not be submitted until after 20 working days (Mon – Sat) for items going to Europe and after 25 working days for Rest of the World

Are any holes drilled in the dash ? - No, we specifically do not drill holes in the dashboard. The display and remote are attached with high quality pads.
Do I have to pay extra for an "ignition generator" (for newer vehicles) ? - No, this is included in the package price (where required)
Do I have to pay extra for "on-site" installation ? - No, this is included in the price
Will the existing steering wheel buttons be affected ? - No, they will continue to operate the stereo as normal
Can I specify where the display and iPod lead are to be fitted - Yes, we will make every effort to locate these where required, subject to this being safe and practical on the vehicle in question
Installation Information.
Booking time to completed installation is typically 2 to 4 working days. Same day is possible subject to existing bookings - contact customer services.
JustCarKits is an Approved Certified Parrot Installer. We have been fitting Parrot systems since their launch in the UK.
After completing checkout please email contact number so we can arrange appointment. Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit card over the phone, PayPal or cash.
There is no carriage charge - the engineer will bring the product on the day of installation.
We stock a large range of adaptor leads for most vehicles.
When booking please advise the Make / Model / Year of the vehicle and whether it has factory fitted SatNav.
The customer is responsible for providing enough room around vehicle to safely complete the work. At a minimum we will need to open doors on the passenger side fully.
Parking charges for our vehicle are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the package price.
We reserve the right to require the customer to move the vehicle to an alternative location if it is deemed unsafe to work in the existing location.
Installation appointments cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of the agreed date will attract an administration charge of £ 30 + vat, since we may be unable to re-allocate the booking slot at such short notice.
Quoted price includes installation of the Parrot Mki9200 in a standard vehicle type. Typical installation time is 1 to 1 1/2 hours. We reserve the right to decline installation on certain vehicles due to extended installation time or complexity. In such cases we will promptly give a full refund.
We can also connect the Parrot to use the Aux input for music playback on certain stereo systems. This will use the car amplifier for enhanced sound during music playback. An extra cable is required @ £18.00 - please see separate listing.
Microphone cable will be safely routed and will NOT be allowed to interfere with airbags fitted to the vehicle. The microphone will not be located in airbag deployment zone.
