Only had this a couple of days now and not yet used on the trail but compared to my 600 lumen CatEye (dual beam) has definitely brighter peripheral pattern and a little brighter central beam with softer edge (most likely the “orange peel”reflector). Quality of light casing seems Good, bar mount is strong cast alloy - very compact and nicely finished too. Battery unit not too bulky either - you could even carry it in a fairly stout pocket for short journeys, Very Swift Post, Great VFM! Thanks!
