The item arrived with one arm and one leg broken. I contacted the seller and they said :"The figure is not broken. Please read the listing. It is a Kit. It needs to be assembled and painted" Then I asked for instructions on how to assemble, if it is supposed to come with any kind of glue. And I have never heard from them again after sending a few messages. The figure has bad finishings, you will need to sand sharp edges all around.

Unreasonable customer. he claimed that the item was broken when it was not. it is a kit. he wanted a refund but wanted to keep the item. he wanted glue and other items for free. when we refuse to send him free items he leaves negative comments. don't do business with this dumb person
