Received all 3 printers in timely manner, all units look good i.e. clean, refreshed, no major defects,scratchs,dents etc. First 2 printers connected w/Bluetooth easily no difficulty. The last unit seems to be Locked, there's a flashing "lock" in the display. I called the 388# & left a message w/Global w/my information & concern @ 11am 3/28 yesterday as of this post & I am waiting for response/call back. I'll update once resolved, either way.

This feedback was posted one day after the voicemail requesting help was left and unfortunately due to a technical issue we did not receive the voicemail right away. Upon noticing the feedback we immediately contacted you and resolved the issue, which ended up simply being the media door was not closed properly.
