Sellers did not want to initially accept return, even after explaining my concerns with the product. I would not conduct business with this seller again. Otherwise shipping was in a timely manner.

NEVER once did we deny return however, buyer said her reason for return was because they were old (yes new vintage as we stated on listing) and that we said they were "Long" which the product name was "De Long". Buyer thought because product name had the word Long in it that we were saying the pins were long.
