    Needed repeated requests to get the item shipped, then "free shipping" cost me COD on the back end so I had to count out change to the Postman. I don't need the part anymore because I ordered it from elsewhere when it didn't arrive, but I'll keep it rather than deal with this company again. Poor experience, poor and inaccurate shipping, poor communication.
