Pleasingly well made item, solid and heavy and fits both the MD lenses and my micro 4/3 Panasonic G3 snugly. Works fine for long focus MD zoom lenses (75-250, 100-200 with doubler), but the 18-28 zoom won't focus at all, nor will lenses like 28-70, 28-105 at the low focus length end of the range. Oddly, however, the 24mm fixed focus Vivitar lens works fine - though the focus distance is way off. So a bit hit and miss, but as I wanted it for my old long focus lenses, luckily I'm mostly happy.
