Left negative feedback as could not be resolved with e-mails back and forth. Ordered 3 scarves one was the wrong colour I ordered white and they sent cream. E-mailed them right away & they told me it was white & to take outside in the daylight as they'd sent white. Seller then offered to send the correct colour but ONLY IF I PAY the postage to return, what!!! not my mistake. Asked for returns label or refund they ignored this. Stuck with cream scarf v.poor customer service, should have sorted.
