I ordered 24 skeins and received 6. They did not search their end and almost accused me for reporting shortage.
They requested picture I send 4 picture with scale. They shipped from Chicago but they claimed from China.
Finally no action for the pictures for shipping. I guess this is so much for customer protection. Ebay AI replied to tell me can not help.They are completely ignoring my request. Also their description cotton wool is wrong they replied said they are acrylic. very discouraging .
