We are from Wisconsin and purchased an Amy Delux hookah from this seller. To our great regret, the flask broke on the way, but as it turned out this was not a problem. The seller showed extraordinary politeness, empathy and efficiency! The next day another flask was sent to us. Together we resolved the issue with both local and USPS mail regarding damages.
