Only had the harness 4 weeks and plastic clip has broken £27 pond not worth the money…sorry but this is what’s happened

Makes me very sad & disappointed when a customer decides to leave negative feedback without even contacting me first. If you had sent me a message with photos of the problem I could have helped you. It's VERY unusual for one of our harnesses to have a problem & even more so to have something happen within weeks of purchase. We will alway replace or mend a faulty item. But we need to know about it to help you. Even after you left negative feedback I sent a message to help & heard nothing back??
