The first articulator arrived broken, but they were quick to respond to my email and to try and help resolve my concern. We eventually negotiated that a new one would be sent. Due to struggles in shipping, it took a while to get here; but they fulfilled their promise of replacing the item. I felt they kept in good communication the whole time and would be willing to buy from them again.
