I did go to the dealer Ram Autostar of Hendersonville Tennessee and they told me they don’t supply the codes for radios. They gave me a number to call at Ram Headquarters and they told me they don’t give out the numbers and go to the dealer. This the radio was useless and I took joy on paying to return it to the sender. I remain of the opinion that buying a used Promaster radio without the four digit code is pointless. It certainly was for me.

Again we apologize that this was your experience. As stated before we were happy to take the item back. We have sold many of these radios and continue to sell them with no issues. As a business we would not want to "free ship" items that we were unsure of just to have someone return it. This would be a waste of time and money on our end. Thank you
