Shipping was fast. Price was fair. My only complaints are: after I put my extensions in and it was time to wash my hair, I had a lot of dye wash off my extensions, I don't know if this is a normal thing, but it surprised, I washed them with room temperature water. Also, the extensions smell burnt, like they had to high of heat, they are even worse when they are wet.
