The seller sent a repacked dirty figure with defects instead of a new one. When I wrote to him with a request to return the figure and get full refund, the seller silently sent me 20 euros. Fortunately, I contacted the support service and they returned me funds. I don't recommend buying from a seller who doesn't respond to messages and sells items that don't correspond to the description.
