BAD COMMUNICATION. Seller failed to mention there was an issue with the screen of portable blu-ray player in the item listing. Reached out about it after receiving the item, took them awhile to respond. They asked to do a partial refund, which I would have done, but then they didn't follow through. This seller is very bad at communicating and is potentially leaving out important info in listing. BEWARE BEFORE BUYING.
