so buyer is asking me to go against ebay policy, item has not been returned to me and I have asked buyer to be patient for item to arrive to me for a refund, trying to work with buyer and ask him to patient for usps to deliver item, buyer left feedback out of frustration with usps. I accepted the return no issues and issue refunds when I receive the item back pretty straight forward.
