I am revising my review as the item did finally show up, and in pristine condition. The delay was with USPS , and not the seller, which I had already assumed. My issue with the seller was their lack of communication but I later found out they were not able to respond due to a medical concern. So while my frustration was valid, my harsh review was not. It did take six days for seller to ship the item, so shipping is two stars.
