Item arrived on time, however, although the tv bracket did the job, it did not look like the one in the picture, AND it came with NO instructions. I have plenty of experience putting up TV wall brackets so I managed OK but someone who hasn't done it before would need assistance. This is the manufacturers fault, not the seller.
