Where to start the product itself is okay but it came with a huge customs charge leaving me the buyer out of pocket would I recommend the seller no I wouldn’t if it wasn’t a gift for my son I would have definitely sent the item back.

Lamento mucho lo que paso en la aduana, normalmente cobran un par de euros o dejan pasar el paquete. Lo que paso en tu caso yo llamaría un robo. Es una vergüenza que dejan trabajar esta gente en oficinas tan importantes.
