First of all the screen does not work properly, craftsmanship is terrible and cheap! the sim slot circuit board is loose and rattles while driving so u cant actually insert a sim card without it falling into the unit. I contacted the seller numerous times with complaints and asked for a replacement, the seller then purposely waited til i was outside of the 30 day warranty and never sent a shipping label like they said they would!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PPL, THEY R THIEVES!!!!!!! $500 LOSS
