Cette personne a accepté un colis qui etait cassé, cassé par le transporteur. Et le point relais n'a pas fait son boulot en renvoyant le colis cassé et en faisant une réclamation aupres de mondial relay. Maintenant ce client me dit comment je dois travailler. Je lui ai envoyé un bon de retour, mais il ne veut pas me le renvoyer parce que le bon de retour n'est pas a son nom, Je crois tomber sur la tête. Comment voulez vous que le colis me soit renvoyé si je le mets a votre nom et votre adresse?
