I personally believe that the origin of this tea is Yunnan, not Fuding or Fujian, because of the different smell and the bigger size. but maybe it was manufactured in Fuding or somewhere in Fujian province, using the techniques for making Fuding Bai Hao Yin Zhen cake. the good news is, it smells good and is totally drinkable. actually I enjoyed drinking it. it is a different kind of Bai Hao white tea. you can steep it many times.
