The box was the original box that was meant to sit on a store shelf, not placed inside another box for shipping. The outer box was very damaged including a large hole in the end. It did not appear that there was damage even though the foam was damaged but not sure if that impacted the filters. This supplier should consider taking more care in shipping by using a shipping box. Arrived many days late&vendor did not try to locate it when tracking stopped. We needed it for travel& didn't have it.
