This seller DOESN'T fill out IOSS document required by Ebay when making international purchases, thus NOT declaring the VAT paid by the buyer at Origin. Which leads to Customs of the Destination country charging again for taxes already paid at Origin on the Ebay invoice for items. A legal fraud to pay double taxes. I will never buy from this seller again. He doesn't refund taxes paid charged by Customs and does not respond to messages. This seller deserves the NEGATIVE vote and isn't worthtrusty
