I have tried 3 times to let you know that the item sent was not the correct item I need. The one sent is at least twice the size I need. I want to return this item for a full refund! Please advise how I should proceed other than calling my credit card company and have them investigate as to a fraud charge since I am not connecting with the seller, evidently!
