The cords arrived with one of the clasps quire clearly broken. I requested a refund and was offered a partial refund only, on the basis that the seller had apparently been wearing one of these cords for over 10 years without a problem. I guess that sadly you tend to get what you pay for, so lesson learnt. They didn't cost much at all, but it was the principle of the situation I found jarring. Treat others as you would like to be treated yourself. Simple.
