We tried to help this person but I do believe if we offered them one million pounds they would of been happy with it. They bought a quarts alarm clock, they believed there is a battery cover missing, but there is not. There are many Quarts clocks which do not have a back cover on, you simply put a battery in it and do not cover it. We said if they were not happy they could return free of charge and we would fully refund them. They did not want to do this just wanted a refund and keep the item!
