Item arrived almost two weeks later than advertised; in the interim I had to buy a replacement elsewhere. I advised seller several times that I no longer wanted the item and asked for a refund. I also contacted eBay. the item was eventually delivered (after almost two weeks) and left on my doorstep in my absence. EBay refused my refund and closed my case as I had now received the item; totally ignoring that late delivery meant it was no longer fit for purpose. AWFUL service both eBay and seller
