So, they sent me an ECM that just runs in first and second gear. I asked them to send me another ECM and they told me that it wasn't possible if I didn't send first one they sent me. We techs know I need this ECM to pull security parameters otherway I'll have to pay dealer 250.00, at least, to reprogram keys. I explained these twice to customer service but it's a waste of time. I'll just send their ECM back and ask for my money. I have a customer waiting for more than a month for these folks.
