I ordered a dining set offered by Furniture 123 - a table and 4 seats. In error, two tables were sent - and no chairs. The duplicate table was collected with a promise to then send out the missing chairs. Despite many communications, after 11 days, the chairs have not been sent. I was told a dedicated 'Case Manager' would be in touch to resolve matters. This has not happened. I telephoned today and was told the seats are out of stock. Do not buy from Furniture 123. They are totally incompetent!
