The seller has sent another unit instead of the advertised one. The serial number does not match. The advertised lid was light purple in near-mint condition, I got light black with scratches and a big ugly sticker. The additional counterweight was advertised, but never sent. The lock button is not working, the ground wire is torn, the mat is full of dirt....

The record player just arrived and it is not what was pictured for sale. The dust cover is cracked and chipped, there is a split in the plastic. It is deeply scratched and missing plastic back hinge. Meanwhile the image in the listing has a pristine dust cover and no missing plastic hinge.
This goes far beyond “scratches and dirt” as per the “excellent” rating that was posted.
The seller was not responsive throughout the process and I am very disappointed with the service all around.
