The record player just arrived and it is not what was pictured for sale. The dust cover is cracked and chipped, there is a split in the plastic. It is deeply scratched and missing plastic back hinge. Meanwhile the image in the listing has a pristine dust cover and no missing plastic hinge.
This goes far beyond “scratches and dirt” as per the “excellent” rating that was posted.
The seller was not responsive throughout the process and I am very disappointed with the service all around.

Took a little longer to ship but communication was good and spot on. Pro-level packing and arrived in great condition. Cleaned it up and adjusted the tone arm. Needed a new stylus as expected.
