The BIO works but there are issues. It did not come with a 120 volt adapter therefore I had to purchase one online. It did not come with +2D lenses for the bio. Therefore I was unable to focus until I used my reading glasses with the BIO. The 20D lens is worthless, it should not even be included due to the lack of anti reflective coatings. The 20D lens had tremendous glare and reflections making it completely unusable. Fortunately, I had a Volk 20D lens. OVERALL I am happy for the price.
