So assisted by an international criminal group, he was able to recruit some European biological scientists whom he lured with generous sums to go with him to a fictitious African country named Zebrawana that typifies the well-known corrupt sub-Saharan African countries ruled b autocratic regimes. In his farm there, away from western prying eyes, they helped him develop a biological weapon of mass destruction which he subsequently succeeded in smuggling and propagating it secretly around some vital and important centers in the United States with the intention of killing as many scientists as possible. Will he or they succeed to achieve what they intend to, and are we prepared for a totally-new type of weapon that we may have not heard of before?
