Scam in a deceive auction. I paid $75.00 plus tax and shipping for an item listed as brand new pictured sealed at the top. I got it but the seller opened by the bottom side and put regular tape. That part was not pictured or mentioned in the description. I took pictures and contacted the seller asking a fair partial refund. The seller never accepts the mistake and was not helpful thinking I will remain with the scam. I contacted eBay and helped with full refund with no apologies from the seller.
