Item does not want to load. Spent 45 minutes on the phone talking with Netgear and nothing in the top wants to load. Box had front photo and on the side of the box the sticker with the Serial number along with Model number plus the Network name along with Password were missing. I was sold a defective item. Will contact seller for a refund.
