We can also let you know what dates are available prior to the order (send us postcode before placing the order).
We are not liable for any consequential loss or damage for late delivery (whether for loss of profit or otherwise) or other claims for compensation, as issues like traffic delays are out of our control.
Please ensure that you are using the best contact number for delivery notifications (add number at checkout).
A book in call will be made on the day of delivery and if unanswered may result in an aborted delivery and incur charges.

Once the unit passes the testing, it is cleaned, checked to make sure all parts are with it (instruction manual, keys etc), then goes through some more tests just to double check it s safe to use.
Some graded units may have never been used and just have occurred some damage, such as a scratch or a bump.
The damaged units are discounted accordingly on the level of damage.
