Item was shipped SIGNATURE MANDATORY (unbeknownst to me) with a 6 week window for with delivery date. It’s not jewelry or high value item. Arrived when we were out of the country on vacation (of course). SUPER HUGE hassle to get it from the Post Office which didn’t have it at any of the three known locations, but at a different package hold place.
The product is great, love it. Packaging great. Etc.
