Fast shipping and excellent packaging! I bought to replace my old laptop of the same model. This one was so nice looking and had a much better finish to the case that I almost thought it was wrong type, but it was same model! Works wonderfully and the install of Windows works great as well! I am extremely pleased with the purchase and would recommend! I hope to pick up another computer again in near future.

Received horrible condition computer that refused to work out of the box. I noticed that the metal case was flexing on the bottom in a bulging way and took the bottom of the case off to see a battery that was bulging severely. Contacted them and they refuse to give me a proper return! Nor a new battery!! The computer now sits in a inclosed metal box in the garage because I don’t trust it not catching fire in my home. 0/10

Friends daughter was continuing her education and needed an inexpensive laptop that would last more than a year or so. Was able get this laptop with upgradeablity in mind. She certainly appreciated it
