Fitbit Luxe appears new; looks like there's a tiny flaw underneath the glass in the display area. It doesn't affect the display and isn't noticeable when the display is on. I was concerned that I'd get a black Luxe instead of the limited edition gold; it's gold and beautiful! Connected right to my phone and app; I'm off and running smooth! Only left 4 star review on product because it appears new with undisclosed flaw. Ultimately very satisfied with the purchase.
