Initially, I didn’t receive the correct item. When I contacted the seller, they responded immediately which I greatly appreciated. It turns out that the warehouse had mixed up labels and another customer had received my item. I also appreciated that the seller gave me the option of a refund or reshipping my requested item. I still wanted the shoes for my little one, the seller communicated when the shoes were shipped, and when they were expected to arrive. We received them yesterday. Thank you!
